Refunds & Returns Policy

At Aparthy, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our goal is to make the returns process as transparent and straightforward as possible to ensure a positive experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@aparthy.com. We honor defect claims for up to 30 days after delivery. We may request photographic evidence to help us expedite a replacement or refund for you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sanitary and hygiene nature of hair care products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, please reach out to our team. We are committed to finding a solution—such as store credit or a partial refund—that works for you without the hassle of a physical return.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, the order enters our fulfillment cycle and cannot be stopped. If you miss the 24-hour window, you may still initiate a return once the package arrives.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Note: A $5 restocking fee is deducted from the refund total to cover warehouse processing.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
