Order Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing and quality checks before leaving our warehouse.

Estimated Shipping Time (after processing)
Shipping times vary by location and do not include customs or clearance delays:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Central & South America: 5–15 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Maximum delivery timeframe: up to 20 business days (excluding processing time).

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of Aparthy.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately.

  • You have a 24-hour grace period after placing your order to request a cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

  • If an order cannot be canceled, you may contact our support team after delivery to initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.


Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

  • In some cases (including free shipping), tracking may be limited or unavailable.

If your tracking shows “No information available” for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@aparthy.com.


Lost or Missing Packages

  • Aparthy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your billing and shipping information before completing your purchase.

  • If we make an error with your address or shipment, we will take full responsibility at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Protection Options

  • Priority + Insured Shipping:
    If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose a replacement or a refund.

  • Free Shipping or Priority Processing:
    Lost packages will be reshipped once confirmed by the carrier.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government.

  • These charges are not included in your purchase price.

  • Aparthy is not responsible for customs-related fees or delays.

  • By placing an order, you consent to international shipping and acknowledge that customs fees may apply upon delivery.
